polymer clay ladiespolymer clay honky tonk angelsPreviously I posted about the two millefiore face canes that I just made using Kato polyclay.

I spent a couple of days playing “dress up” to create Victorian style ladies, dancehall girls and some honkytonk angels (as well as miniature masks for the upcoming swap and more lentil beads–its been a very busy polyclay week.

Of course, I had to stop several times and go through my stash of canes for things like wings and lace…and then stop and make some new lace canes in black.

I think I have to make some new white lace canes too as I am down to my last 1/2 inch on most of the best ones and its time for a new batch of Victorian hand beads too.

All in good time, which is to say, coming right up this Spring and Summer!

But that is TOMORROW’s fun! and plenty to do over the rest of the warm months too.

Though with today’s plunge back into cooler temps and Winter Storm Warnings, today has tested the pliability of my canes and they are doing very well indeed.
